Fadekemi Adeyemi

Fadeke Adeyemi is a graduate of Accounting and Finance from Yaba College of Technology. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola university Ogbomosho.
A dynamic administrator and strategic business manager, Fadeke brings a wealth of experience spanning the banking, manufacturing, FMCG, and real estate sectors. Her career began with First Bank of Nigeria, where she acquired valuable experience in corporate operations before transitioning to FMCG industry, managing business processes and offering consultancy services to start up businesses.
She later joined Lange and Grant Limited, a manufacturing company, as Administrative Manager, where she played a key role in streamlining administrative systems and enhancing operational efficiency. In subsequent years, she expanded her expertise into the real estate industry, assuming leadership roles that further strengthened her management and organizational capabilities.
Most recently, she served with one of Lagos’s foremost real estate companies before joining The Cabota Group, where she currently serves as Group Head, General Administration, overseeing administrative strategy, organizational development, and operational excellence across the Group.
