Dr. Babafemi Fagite

Babafemi Fagite has a first degree in Philosophy from The University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1997); and an MSc in Marketing Management from Cranfield University, United Kingdom (2001). A FELLOW of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (CILGPAN), he has pioneered a number of local government capacity development initiatives in Nigeria since 2009, with the attendant benefits to LGAs in Nigeria. His work and professional experience commenced with the American International Insurance Company (AIICO) Plc, and he later moved to the construction and Building sub-sector, where he worked with Unique Aluminum building products Nig ltd/ SNC Serramenti, Italy. He later moved to FAAB Construction Company as Admin and Special Duties Manager. He joined the Nigerian Banking industry in 2001 and worked with Omega bank plc, National bank (now WEMA Bank plc), and First Interstate Bank Plc (Now Unity bank plc). He resigned (post-consolidation) in 2008 as a core marketing, Customer service, and Credit Manager. He thereafter established the I.T.A. (A management Consulting firm), after he understudied H.Pierson (lekki Lagos Nigeria) and Arthur Anderson (HR & Management Consultants respectively). Femi Fagite is involved in several voluntary social responsibility functions as well as peace and reconciliation initiatives within and outside Nigeria. Babafemi Fagite is a respected Speaker, an energetic and dynamic young man, a proud Nigerian, a family man, an Entrepreneur, A Farmer, A Nationalist, and a Lover of ALL good people.
